  • The output voltage ripple and noise can be calculated using the formulae provided in the datasheet. The output voltage ripple is primarily dependent on the output capacitor's ESR and the switching frequency, while the output noise is dependent on the switching frequency and the input voltage.

  • A low-ESR ceramic or film capacitor with a value of 10uF to 22uF is recommended for the input capacitor. This helps to filter out high-frequency noise and ensure stable operation.
