  • The maximum power dissipation of the J310-TO-92 is 360mW, which is dependent on the ambient temperature and the thermal resistance of the package.

  • To ensure stability, it's recommended to use a bypass capacitor between the supply pins (VCC and GND) and to minimize the length of the leads and PCB traces. Additionally, a 10nF to 100nF capacitor can be added between the output and input pins to improve stability.
