The ITX2424SA is rated for operation from -40°C to +85°C, but for reliable operation, it's recommended to operate within -20°C to +70°C to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
To ensure EMC, follow the layout and grounding guidelines provided in the datasheet, and consider using additional filtering or shielding if necessary. Also, ensure that the power supply is installed in a metal enclosure to reduce electromagnetic radiation.
The ITX2424SA has a maximum output power derating of 2.5% per °C above 40°C. This means that for every 1°C increase in ambient temperature above 40°C, the maximum output power is reduced by 2.5%.
The ITX2424SA is designed to operate in a relative humidity range of 20% to 80%. However, if you need to operate in a high-humidity environment, consider using conformal coating or other environmental protection measures to ensure reliability.
The recommended input fuse rating for the ITX2424SA is 2A slow-blow. This ensures that the power supply is protected from input overcurrent conditions.
