A 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane and a separate power plane is recommended. Keep the analog and digital grounds separate and connect them at a single point. Use a decoupling capacitor (e.g., 10uF) close to the device's power pins.
Ensure that the power supply voltage (VCC) rises monotonically during power-up, and the voltage on the VCC pin reaches the minimum operating voltage (1.65V) before the internal POR circuitry releases the reset signal.
The maximum allowed capacitance on the output pins is 100pF. Exceeding this value may cause oscillations or affect the device's stability.
Ensure good thermal conductivity between the device and the PCB. Use thermal vias and a thermal pad on the PCB to dissipate heat. Keep the device away from heat sources and ensure good airflow.
The recommended input voltage range is 1.65V to 5.5V. Operating the device outside this range may affect its performance or cause damage.
