A good PCB layout is crucial for the ISL28023FR60Z. Renesas recommends a 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane, and to keep the analog and digital grounds separate. The input and output traces should be kept short and away from noise sources. A dedicated ground pin for the device is also recommended.
The ISL28023FR60Z has a built-in POR and BOR circuitry. To handle these, ensure that the power supply is stable and within the recommended operating range.
