The maximum power dissipation for the FMMT720TA is 1.4W at an ambient temperature of 25°C. However, this value can be derated based on the operating temperature and PCB thermal design. Refer to the datasheet for more information.
The FMMT720TA is rated for operation up to 125°C. However, the device's performance and reliability may degrade at high temperatures. Ensure proper thermal management and consider derating the device's power dissipation accordingly.
