A 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane and a separate power plane is recommended. Keep the input and output traces short and away from each other to minimize noise coupling.
The FDMC8321L requires a bias voltage of 3.3V or 5V. Ensure the bias voltage is stable and within the recommended range. A decoupling capacitor of 10uF or larger is recommended to filter out noise.
The FDMC8321L can operate up to 100 MHz, but the maximum frequency depends on the specific application and PCB layout. Consult the datasheet for more information.
The FDMC8321L has a thermal pad on the bottom of the package. Ensure good thermal conductivity by using a thermal interface material (TIM) and a heat sink if necessary. Keep the ambient temperature below 85°C for optimal performance.
The recommended input impedance is 50 ohms, and the recommended output impedance is 50 ohms or 75 ohms, depending on the application. Consult the datasheet for more information.
