The DS18S20Z+ has an accuracy of ±0.5°C from -10°C to +85°C, and ±1°C from -40°C to -10°C and +85°C to +125°C.
You can connect multiple DS18S20Z+ sensors to a single bus by connecting the DQ pins of each sensor together, and the VDD and GND pins of each sensor to a common power supply and ground. Each sensor has a unique 64-bit ROM code that allows it to be addressed individually.
The maximum cable length for the DS18S20Z+ is 100 meters, but this can be extended to 200 meters using a repeater or a buffer.
In parasite power mode, the DS18S20Z+ derives its power from the data line. To handle this mode, you need to ensure that the data line is pulled high to VDD when the sensor is not being read, and that the data line is not driven low for more than 480 μs to avoid powering down the sensor.
