The recommended power-up sequence is to apply VDD first, followed by VREF, and then the digital inputs. This ensures that the internal circuitry is properly biased and that the device operates correctly.
To ensure accurate voltage output, make sure to use a stable and low-noise voltage reference (VREF), and decouple the VREF pin with a capacitor to reduce noise. Additionally, use a low-impedance output load and ensure the output voltage is within the specified range.
