CS5361K-DZZ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • The recommended power-up sequence is to apply VDD first, followed by VCC, and then the clock signal. This ensures proper initialization and prevents damage to the device.

  • To optimize the analog input impedance, use a series resistor (Rs) and a shunt capacitor (Cs) to match the impedance of the input signal. The recommended values are Rs = 1 kΩ and Cs = 10 nF.

  • The maximum input signal amplitude is ±2.5 Vpp (peak-to-peak) for a 3.3 V supply voltage. Exceeding this limit may result in distortion or damage to the device.

  • To configure the CS5361K-DZZ for differential input mode, connect the positive input signal to the IN+ pin and the negative input signal to the IN- pin. For single-ended input mode, connect the input signal to the IN+ pin and tie the IN- pin to ground.

  • The recommended clock frequency range is 10 MHz to 50 MHz. Operating outside this range may affect the device's performance and accuracy.
