CC1010EM Reference Design
The CC1010EM reference design contains schematics and layout files for the CC1010EM. The EM contains the CC1010 chip: the needed external circuitry for operation: pull-up resistors for all general I/O pins: test points and a temperature sensor. Not all components are needed in an actual application. Please see the CC1010 datasheet for a typical application circuit. The CC1010EM is designed for easy connection to most MCU evaluation modules for quick and easy application development and testing. The reference design demonstrates good techniques for CC1010 decoupling and RF layout. For optimum RF performance: these parts should be copied accurately. This is a 4-layer reference design with a discreete impedance match network for a single ended 50 ohm SMA antenna connector. The design contains two different partlists for operation in either the 433 MHz or 868 MHz frequency band.
