  • Infineon provides a recommended PCB layout for the BSS84PH6433 in their application note AN2013-01. It suggests using a thermal pad on the bottom of the package, connected to a large copper area on the PCB to dissipate heat efficiently.

  • Although the datasheet doesn't specify a maximum operating frequency, the BSS84PH6433 is typically used in applications up to 100 kHz. However, it's possible to use it at higher frequencies with proper PCB layout and design considerations.
