A 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane and thermal vias is recommended. Ensure a minimum of 1mm clearance around the device for airflow and heat dissipation.
Use the device's power-down mode, reduce the clock frequency, and optimize the voltage regulator module (VRM) settings to minimize power consumption.
Use 0.1uF and 10uF decoupling capacitors, placed as close as possible to the device's power pins, with a minimum of 1mm clearance from the device.
Use a shielded enclosure, ensure proper grounding, and follow the recommended PCB layout and component placement guidelines to minimize EMI.
The device is rated for operation up to 125°C. Derate the device's power consumption by 1.5mA/°C above 85°C to ensure reliable operation.
