A 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane and a separate analog ground plane is recommended. Keep the analog and digital grounds separate and connect them at a single point. Use a star topology for the power supply connections and keep the decoupling capacitors close to the device.
Use a high-quality, low-ESR decoupling capacitor (e.g., 10uF ceramic) as close to the device as possible. Ensure the power supply is clean and regulated, and use a ferrite bead or inductor to filter out high-frequency noise.
The ADM811SARTZ is rated for operation from -40°C to +125°C. However, the device's performance may degrade at extreme temperatures. Ensure proper thermal management and heat sinking to maintain optimal performance.
Use the internal voltage regulator to generate the internal supply voltage. Ensure the input voltage is clean and regulated, and use a low-pass filter on the input to reduce high-frequency noise. Also, use a quiet reference voltage source and ensure the device is properly decoupled.
