The maximum power dissipation of the AD8067 is 670mW, which is calculated based on the maximum junction temperature (TJ) of 150°C and the thermal resistance (θJA) of 125°C/W.
To ensure stability, use a compensation capacitor (CC) of 10pF to 22pF between pins 2 and 6, and a series resistor (RS) of 10Ω to 50Ω in the feedback path. This will help to reduce ringing and oscillations.
