The recommended power-up sequence is to apply the analog supply voltage (VCC) before the digital supply voltage (VDD). This ensures that the internal analog circuitry is powered up before the digital circuitry.
The AD654JRZ-REEL is specified to operate from -40°C to 125°C. Ensure that the device is properly heat-sinked and that the ambient temperature is within the specified range. Also, consider the thermal resistance of the package and the PCB layout to ensure proper heat dissipation.
