The recommended power-up sequence is to apply VDD first, followed by AVCC, and then the digital inputs. This ensures that the internal voltage regulators are powered up correctly.
To ensure accurate voltage output, it is essential to use a stable and low-noise power supply, decouple the power pins with capacitors, and use a high-precision voltage reference. Additionally, ensure that the output voltage is within the specified range and that the load current is within the recommended limits.
The AD5667 can drive capacitive loads up to 10nF. However, it is recommended to limit the capacitance to 1nF or less to ensure stability and prevent oscillations.
To minimize noise and interference, use a ground plane, keep the analog and digital grounds separate, and use shielding and filtering techniques. Additionally, ensure that the power supply is well-regulated and decoupled, and use a low-noise voltage reference.
The thermal shutdown temperature of the AD5667 is typically around 150°C. If the junction temperature exceeds this value, the device will shut down to prevent damage.
