The recommended power-up sequence is to apply VDD first, followed by AVCC, and then the digital supplies (VDDIO and VDDC). This ensures that the internal voltage regulators are powered up correctly.
To ensure accurate voltage output, it is essential to follow proper layout and grounding techniques, use a low-noise power supply, and minimize noise coupling into the device. Additionally, ensure that the output voltage is within the specified range and that the load current is within the recommended limits.
The AD5662ARJZ-2REEL7 can drive capacitive loads up to 1nF. However, it is recommended to limit the capacitance to 100pF or less to ensure stability and prevent oscillations.
To implement a voltage clamp or limit, you can use an external voltage clamp circuit, such as a zener diode or a voltage regulator, in conjunction with a resistive divider network. This will limit the output voltage to a specific value.
To minimize noise and ensure accurate operation, it is recommended to follow a star-grounding layout, keep analog and digital signals separate, and use a solid ground plane. Additionally, route the output voltage traces away from noisy digital signals and ensure that the power supply traces are wide and short.
