The recommended PCB footprint for the VSMG10850 is a pad size of 1.3 mm x 0.8 mm with a 0.5 mm spacing between pads. A larger pad size may be required for high-power applications.
To ensure reliable soldering, use a soldering iron with a temperature of 250°C to 270°C, and apply a small amount of solder paste to the pads. Avoid applying excessive heat or pressure, which can damage the component.
The maximum operating temperature range for the VSMG10850 is -55°C to 150°C. However, the device may experience reduced performance or reliability if operated outside the recommended temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
