  • The maximum input voltage that can be applied to the TPS2080DR is 5.5V, as specified in the datasheet. Exceeding this voltage may damage the device.

  • The thermal shutdown temperature of the TPS2080DR is typically 150°C. If the device junction temperature exceeds this value, the device will shut down to prevent damage.
