A good PCB layout for optimal thermal performance involves placing the TPA311DR near the edge of the board, using a large copper area for heat dissipation, and keeping the thermal vias as close to the device as possible.
To ensure stability, make sure to follow the recommended component values and PCB layout guidelines, and add a 10nF capacitor between the BYPASS pin and GND. Also, avoid using long traces and keep the input and output traces separate.
The maximum power supply voltage for the TPA311DR is 26V. Exceeding this voltage may damage the device. It's recommended to use a voltage regulator or a voltage limiter to ensure the voltage stays within the recommended range.
