  • The recommended operating temperature range for the TL431CDG4 is -40°C to 125°C.

  • To ensure stability, it's recommended to use a bypass capacitor (typically 10nF to 100nF) between the REF and ADJ pins, and to keep the impedance of the output circuit low.

  • The TL431CDG4 can supply up to 15mA of output current, but it's recommended to limit the output current to 10mA or less to ensure stability and accuracy.
