The recommended operating temperature range for the TL431ACCT is -40°C to 125°C.
To ensure stability, it's recommended to use a bypass capacitor (typically 10nF to 100nF) between the REF and ADJ pins, and to keep the impedance of the output circuit low.
The maximum allowed voltage on the cathode (K) pin is 36V, but it's recommended to keep it below 30V for reliable operation.
While the TL431ACCT can be used as a voltage regulator, it's not recommended as it's primarily designed as a voltage reference. For voltage regulation, consider using a dedicated voltage regulator IC.
The output voltage (Vout) of the TL431ACCT can be calculated using the formula: Vout = Vref x (R1 + R2) / R2, where Vref is the internal reference voltage (2.5V) and R1 and R2 are the external resistors.
