The maximum clock frequency that can be used with the internal oscillator is 16 MHz.
To configure the watchdog timer to reset the microcontroller, set the WDPG bit in the WWDG_CFR register to 0, and then set the W bit in the WWDG_CFR register to 1. This will enable the watchdog timer and configure it to reset the microcontroller if it times out.
The maximum current that can be sourced or sunk by the GPIO pins is 20 mA.
To use the UART in asynchronous mode, set the M bit in the USART_CR2 register to 0, and then configure the baud rate using the USART_BRR register. The UART will then operate in asynchronous mode, using the TX and RX pins to transmit and receive data.
The NPOR and NPER bits in the FLASH_CR2 register are used to configure the flash memory protection. NPOR (Number of Pages to be Written) specifies the number of pages to be written, and NPER (Number of Pages to be Erased) specifies the number of pages to be erased.
