  • The recommended power-on sequence is to apply VCC first, followed by VDD, and then the input signal. This ensures proper internal biasing and prevents damage to the device.

  • To minimize noise, use a low-ESR capacitor for decoupling, keep the input and output traces short and symmetrical, and avoid running digital signals near the analog signal paths. Additionally, use a quiet power supply and consider adding a noise filter to the input signal.

  • The SA5532AP can handle input signal amplitudes up to 2.5Vpp (peak-to-peak) without distortion or clipping. Exceeding this limit may result in signal degradation or device damage.

  • Verify that the supply voltage (VCC) is within the recommended range of 4.5V to 16V, and the operating temperature is within the range of -40°C to 85°C. Also, ensure the device is not exposed to excessive moisture or humidity.

  • The internal 10kΩ resistor is a pull-down resistor that helps to prevent the output from floating when the input signal is disconnected or in a high-impedance state.
