The maximum operating frequency of the N24C02UDTG is 400 kHz.
To handle the hold time requirement, ensure that the CS# signal is low for at least 250 ns before the first clock edge, and the address and data lines are stable for at least 100 ns before the rising edge of the clock.
The WP# (Write Protect) pin is used to prevent accidental writes to the device. When WP# is low, the device is in write-protect mode, and any write operations will be ignored.
To perform a software reset, send a 9-clock cycle sequence of 0x06, 0x06, 0x06, 0x06, 0x06, 0x06, 0x06, 0x06, and 0x06 on the SI (Serial Input) pin while CS# is low.
The recommended power-up sequence is to apply VCC first, followed by VSS, and then the other input signals. This ensures that the device powers up correctly and minimizes the risk of latch-up.
