The recommended power-up sequence is to apply VDD before applying the logic signals. This ensures that the internal circuitry is properly initialized.
To retain the wiper position during power-down, the CS pin should be held high and the SCK and SI pins should be held low. This ensures that the device is in a static state and the wiper position is maintained.
The maximum frequency of the serial clock (SCK) pin is 3.2 MHz. Exceeding this frequency may result in incorrect data transfer or device malfunction.
If the device is not responding to serial commands, try resetting the device by toggling the CS pin low and then high. This resets the device and allows it to respond to serial commands again.
The recommended termination for the RAB and RBB pins is a 1 kΩ resistor to ground. This ensures that the pins are properly terminated and minimizes noise and oscillations.
