The recommended operating voltage range for the IMD3AT108 is 1.65V to 3.6V.
To ensure proper power-on, the VDD pin should be connected to a stable power supply, and the VSS pin should be connected to a stable ground. Additionally, the power supply should be ramped up slowly to prevent voltage spikes.
The maximum current rating for the IMD3AT108 is 10mA. Exceeding this current may cause damage to the device.
To handle ESD protection, it is recommended to use a TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) diode or a Zener diode between the VDD and VSS pins to protect against electrostatic discharge.
