A 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane and thermal vias is recommended. Ensure good thermal conductivity by using a thermal pad and a heat sink if necessary.
Use a low-noise power supply, decouple the power pins, and ensure a good ground plane. Also, use a balanced layout and minimize signal trace lengths to reduce noise and improve linearity.
Perform a phase calibration by applying a known phase shift and adjusting the device's phase adjustment pins. Then, perform an amplitude calibration by applying a known amplitude and adjusting the device's amplitude adjustment pins.
Use a thermocouple or thermistor to monitor the device temperature. Ensure good airflow and use a heat sink if necessary. Avoid operating the device outside the specified temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
Handle the device by the body or in an ESD-protected environment. Use an ESD wrist strap or mat, and ensure all equipment is grounded. Avoid touching the device pins or exposing it to static electricity.
