A thermal pad on the bottom of the package should be connected to a large copper area on the PCB to dissipate heat. A 2-3 layer PCB with a solid ground plane is recommended. Avoid thermal vias under the package.
Use a low-ESR capacitor (e.g., 100nF) between VCC and GND, and a 10-22uF capacitor between VCC and AVCC. Ensure a stable power supply and minimize noise on the power lines.
Use a 100nF capacitor between VCC and GND, and a 10uF capacitor between VCC and AVCC. Place decoupling capacitors as close as possible to the IC, and use a low-ESR capacitor for high-frequency decoupling.
Use ESD protection diodes (e.g., 1.5KE6.8A) on the input lines, and ensure the PCB design includes a clear path for ESD discharge to ground. Follow the IEC 61000-4-2 standard for ESD testing.
The device has a thermal shutdown at 150°C. Ensure good airflow, use a heat sink if necessary, and avoid blocking airflow around the device. Monitor the device temperature and reduce power consumption if necessary.
