The AOZ1281DI can operate from -40°C to 150°C, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
To ensure proper biasing, connect the VIN pin to a stable voltage source, and the EN pin to a logic-level signal. Also, ensure the input capacitor is properly sized and placed close to the VIN pin.
A 10uF to 22uF X5R or X7R ceramic capacitor is recommended for the input capacitor, placed as close to the VIN pin as possible.
The output voltage can be calculated using the formula: VOUT = (R1 / R2) * (VIN - VREF), where R1 and R2 are the feedback resistors, VIN is the input voltage, and VREF is the internal reference voltage (1.25V).
The AOZ1281DI can deliver up to 1.5A of output current, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
