The maximum operating junction temperature for the AO6608 is 150°C.

To ensure proper biasing, connect the VCC pin to a stable voltage source between 4.5V to 18V, and the GND pin to a solid ground plane. Also, ensure the input voltage is within the recommended range.

For optimal PCB layout, place the AO6608 near the input capacitors and ensure a solid ground plane. Keep the input and output traces short and away from sensitive analog signals. Use thermal vias to dissipate heat effectively.

Use a voltage regulator or a transient voltage suppressor (TVS) to protect the AO6608 from overvoltage conditions. Add a current-limiting resistor or a fuse in series with the input to prevent overcurrent conditions.
