The recommended power-on sequence is to apply VCC first, followed by AVCC, and then the analog input signal. This ensures proper operation and prevents damage to the device.

The ADS8345NB outputs 16-bit data in a serial format. The output data is in two's complement format, with the most significant bit (MSB) first. The data is clocked out on the SDO pin during the SCLK falling edge.
The REF pin is the reference voltage input for the ADC. It should be connected to a stable voltage reference source, such as a voltage regulator or a bandgap reference. The recommended reference voltage range is 2.5 V to 5.5 V.
