Texas Instruments recommends a 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane, and to keep the analog and digital signals separate. The analog signals should be routed close to the AGND plane, and the digital signals should be routed close to the DGND plane. Additionally, the input traces should be kept short and direct to minimize noise and interference.
To optimize the performance of the ADS1672IPAG in a noisy environment, use a low-pass filter at the input, use a shielded cable for the analog input, and keep the analog and digital grounds separate. Additionally, use a decoupling capacitor between the AVDD and AGND pins, and use a ferrite bead or a common-mode choke to filter out high-frequency noise.
The maximum sampling rate of the ADS1672IPAG is 250 kSPS. However, the actual sampling rate may be limited by the system clock frequency, the analog input bandwidth, and the digital interface.
