A good layout and routing practice is to keep the analog and digital grounds separate, use a solid ground plane, and keep the analog and digital signals separate. Also, keep the input signals away from the digital signals and use shielding if possible.
The AD7656ABSTZ has an internal calibration process that can be initiated by setting the CAL pin high. The calibration process takes about 100 μs and should be done after power-up and after any changes to the gain or offset settings.
