The recommended operating voltage range for the 47L16-E/SN is 2.7V to 3.6V.
The POR circuitry in the 47L16-E/SN is self-contained and does not require any external components. However, it's recommended to add a 0.1uF capacitor between VCC and VSS to ensure proper power-on reset operation.
The maximum clock frequency supported by the 47L16-E/SN is 1MHz.
To implement a reliable write cycle in the 47L16-E/SN, ensure that the WE (Write Enable) pin is low during the entire write cycle, and the CE (Chip Enable) pin is low during the entire write cycle. Also, ensure that the address and data lines are stable before and during the write cycle.
