The 24LC64T-I/OT has a minimum of 1 million write cycles, but the actual number of write cycles may vary depending on the application and usage.
The 24LC64T-I/OT uses a page write buffer to handle writes. The device can perform page writes of up to 32 bytes, and block writes of up to 64 bytes. The device automatically handles page and block writes, and the host controller only needs to send the write command and data.
