The 24LC1025T-E/SM has a minimum of 1 million write cycles, but the actual number of write cycles may vary depending on the application and usage.
The 24LC1025T-E/SM uses a page write buffer to handle page writes. The device can perform page writes up to 128 bytes. For block writes, the device uses a block write buffer that can handle up to 4KB of data. The device automatically handles page and block writes, and the host controller only needs to send the write command and data.
The WP (Write Protect) pin is used to prevent accidental writes to the device. When the WP pin is tied to VCC, the device is in write-protect mode, and any attempt to write to the device will be ignored. When the WP pin is tied to GND, the device is in normal operation mode.
The 24LC1025T-E/SM has a built-in power-on reset circuit that resets the device to its default state when power is applied. During power-down, the device automatically goes into a low-power standby mode to conserve power.
The maximum clock frequency for the 24LC1025T-E/SM is 400 kHz. However, the device can operate at lower clock frequencies, and the host controller can adjust the clock frequency to optimize performance and power consumption.
