The 24LC64-I/MS has a minimum of 1 million write cycles, but this can vary depending on the operating conditions and usage patterns.

The WP (Write Protect) pin is used to prevent accidental writes to the device. When the WP pin is tied to VCC, the entire memory array is write-protected. When tied to GND, the memory array is not write-protected.
During power-up, the 24LC64-I/MS requires a minimum of 2 ms of stable power supply before the device is ready for operation. During power-down, ensure that the power supply is stable and monotonic to prevent data corruption.
The recommended clock frequency for the 24LC64-I/MS is up to 400 kHz. However, the device can operate at higher frequencies, but this may affect its performance and reliability.
